As a SaaS platform: Evolynt provides tools and infrastructure. The success of any business built using the Evolynt platform depends entirely on factors outside of our control, including but not limited to the Creator's business model, marketing efforts, product quality, target market, pricing, customer service, and competitive landscape. The availability of the platform does not guarantee any particular business outcome. Subscribers who use the Evolynt platform to deliver services, coaching, courses, or other offerings to their own end clients do so entirely at their own risk and discretion. Evolynt has no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for the results experienced by a subscriber's clients and makes no representations with respect to any outcomes those clients may achieve.

As an educational content provider: Any courses, tutorials, guides, or other educational materials provided by Evolynt are intended solely for general educational and informational purposes. These materials share knowledge, strategies, and techniques, but they do not constitute a business opportunity, a promise of results, or a guarantee that implementing the strategies taught will produce any specific outcome, financial or otherwise.

As a provider of AI-powered tools: Where Evolynt's AI-powered features, including the AI Offer Builder, are used to generate offer structures, product descriptions, funnel copy, email sequences, or automations, the use of such AI tools does not guarantee any earnings, revenue, business growth, or other results. AI-generated outputs reflect patterns in data and language, not predictions of your individual outcomes. Payments between Creators and Clients: All payment transactions between Creators and Clients are processed by independent third-party payment processors and are not handled, guaranteed, or assured by Evolynt in any way. Evolynt makes no representation that the platform's payment infrastructure will produce any particular level of sales, revenue, or income. The fact that a Creator has connected a payment processor and published an offer does not imply that sales will occur or that any specific earnings will result. Whether a client completes a purchase, and whether that purchase produces income for the Creator, depends entirely on factors outside of Evolynt's control, including but not limited to market demand, pricing, the Creator's marketing, and the Client's independent decision to buy. Evolynt neither guarantees the success of any transaction nor assumes any liability for failed, disputed, or uncompleted payments.

4. Testimonials and Examples

From time to time, we may share testimonials, case studies, success stories, or other examples of results achieved by Evolynt users or customers. These examples are shared for illustrative and educational purposes only. You should not interpret any testimonial, case study, or example result as a promise, guarantee, or representation that you will achieve similar results.

This indemnification obligation shall survive any termination or expiration of your subscription or use of the Evolynt platform.

10. Purchase Price

Although we believe our pricing is fair for the value we provide, you understand and agree that the purchase price and subscription fees for Evolynt products and services are established by Evolynt in its sole discretion and absolute discretion and can change at any time upon reasonable notice. Pricing reflects the value of platform access and educational content as determined by Evolynt, and does not constitute a representation regarding the financial outcomes you may achieve.
